  1. What are the details on combined lots?

  1. What are the details for electrical wiring?
    Electrical is fully underground; owners will tap to meter center located at the ends of the block. Cost of wire shall be for the account of the owner.
  1. How much is the architectural and engineering design?
    Approximately Php500,000. In Solen Residences and Pramana Residential Park, we sold at Php65,000; consultants’ costs are Php32,000 (Jagnusten Model House) and Php28,000 (Casa Arkitektura Model House).
